About the event
Reiki I is the introductory level reiki course where you learn the fundamentals of reiki and the tenants of energy healing.
You will learn about and be attuned to both Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki style of administering universal life force energy, learn the basic hand positions to heal yourself and others, as well as learn about Reiki's origins and how to incorporate it into your daily life.
There will also be some practice incorporated!
